Two (2) of our three (3) ETAC Tactical Instructor Pilots (TacIP) have changed the instructor role and presently become themselves ‘students’.

Both TacIPs are currently attending TLP’s COMAO Synthetic Course given at the premises of Tactical Leadership Programme (TLP) at Albacete (ESP).

‘The Course is focused on Tactical Leadership and COMAO mission planning.  The objective … is to enhance the ability … to effectively integrate the various attack/support components within a package, plan tactics which best consider the capabilities and limitations of each system, communicate the plan, assemble the package and brief a composite … force mission.’

Once back and equipped with the thinking out of the box, they are eager to deliver to TAT-aircrews tailored knowledge of this understanding to improve the skills of those on the occasion of the next opportunity – the ETAP projects.
